Slow Braised Featherblade of Beef
Served with a grain mustard mash, honey glazed parsnip, crsipy bacon and truffle jus.
Vegetarian Haggis Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
Served with grain mustard mash, roast root vegetables with a mushroom sauce.
Herb Crusted Haddock Fillet
Served with tomato & chorizo risotto, spinach & parmesan.
