Porters Bar and Restaurant Ltd - Booking Policy Before proceeding with your reservation, please read the following terms and conditions: For group bookings of 7 guests and over, please note the following: Deposit payment -
- Please contact us by email info@portersbar-restaurant.com or phone 01382 225139 to make your reservation.
- A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is to be paid via BACS or credit/debit card at time of booking.
- We ask that you give us as much notice of a cancellation or change in numbers as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
- Please note that if members of your party do not show up to the restaurant, their deposit will be kept in full and not redeemed against the final bill. Different deposit arrangements may be in place for group bookings.
- We require groups of 7 and more guests to email us their food pre-orders 24 hours prior to your visit.
- Please inform us of any food restrictions or intolerances in the “Comments” field or email us prior to your visit.

- The business will not be held liable for any dietary conditions if we are not informed in writing at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
- As a business we take great care and pride to ensure there are no issues with guests that have food restrictions or intolerances.
- Porters Bar and Restaurant Ltd reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.
- All items will be presented on a single bill.
- All prices include the standard rate of VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust our pricing according to any changes in the rate of VAT.
- All offers, menus and pricing are subject to change, this includes all bookings made in advance.
- We may need to change or withdraw this menu from time to time due to local events.
- Please note your reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Larger groups can request over 1 hour and 30 minute for their reservation at the time of booking.
