Welcome to Porters Bar and Restaurant
We opened our doors on 10th April 2015 and have recently celebrated a decade in business!
Situated at the heart of Dundee’s vibrant City Quay, Porters is a just stones throw from Dundee City Centre. By combining delicious, locally sourced, food and drink, stunning surroundings and of course great service, Porters is now the place to eat and socialise in Dundee.
At Porters our motto is simple – Eat, Drink, Enjoy.
Eat – we source the best, locally sourced ingredients for our new delicious menu with dishes ranging from salt aged steaks and great variety of burgers through to beautiful, fresh seafood, pastas and risottos. We also offer a much more flexible approach to dining with our mouth watering small plates offering – this has become a firm favourite and no wonder with chicken & chorizo kebabs, blaggis fritters and King Prawns with roasted garlic!
Drink – At Porters we also have a stunning bar area that is stocked with only the best wines, beers and one of the most extensive gin menus around. And did we mention our cocktails?
Enjoy – with regular live acoustic music, gin tasting and brunch events and much more, Porters is not just a restaurant – it is a venue, somewhere you can have a quiet romantic meal or somewhere you can spend the whole day or night socialising with friends.
