Served with marinated beetroot and pine-nut dressing

served with sautéed sprouts, fondant potato and thyme jus

roasted lamb rump served with braised red cabbage, butternut squash puree, fondant potato and rosemary jus

served with winter greens, fondant potatoes and hollandaise sauce

roasted butternut squash filled with Mediterranean vegetables and nuts served with rocket and tomato salad
